Joe McClure

Joe lives just outside Detroit, MI and has recently completed a doctoral degree in physiology from Wayne State Medical. His work has been published in The American Journal of Physiology. He is also a classical musician and, of course, a pickle maker. He oversees large-scale production, Midwest distribution and sales, as well as a number of other major tasks…like managing a 20,000 sq foot factory. Joe has lived in Hawaii and Tennessee (strikingly similar). He has just discovered the joys of using a pizza stone, enjoys running, and watching NPR’s Tiny Desk Concerts.

In August 2015, Joe was selected to be an Endeavor Entrepreneur.
