As DWM Holdings Chief Revenue Officer, Kelly oversees the go-to-market strategy for each of the portfolio companies and drives cross-functional efforts to improve all revenue-generating activity. Her passionate team is committed to always doing what is right, being a value-add manufacturing partner, and having a ton of fun.

Kelly’s professional career began as an environmental reporter and freelance writer before turning her focus toward marketing and branding. In 2008, she co-founded Double G Branding to help clients articulate their brand vision and strategy then bring it to life through content, experiences, and web-based and immersive environments. Prior to that, she spent eight years at Sapient, a global business consulting and interactive marketing firm. While there, Kelly worked as a content strategist and senior manager of marketing, specializing in user experience research, client loyalty, and social networking.

Throughout her career she have provided business and marketing solutions for numerous clients, including The Coca-Cola Company, HP, Visa, Levi Strauss & Co., Intel, Sony, Dell, Nissan, UPS, Allstate, UCSF, RedPrairie, Sprint, and Harrah’s Entertainment. Her core areas of focus include client loyalty; user experience research; social media; brand, marketing, and content strategy; corporate messaging; naming; creative writing; and creative direction.

Another of her interests is in helping to identify and support technology start ups — a passion that culminated in establishing VoyLét Capital with three partners. Based in Detroit, Michigan, her firm invests in emerging technology companies with high growth potential and in entrepreneurs building early-growth-stage companies with defensible positions in large and growing markets.

About DWM Holdings

DWM Holdings’ four brands manufacture steel and aluminum light poles for the commercial and industrial market. DWM Holdings leverages innovative technology solutions and is overhauling the standards for company culture in the manufacturing space to streamline antiquated processes and offer a seamless ordering experience. Today the company boasts 86% on-time deliveries (vs. industry average of 75% and an increase from ~65% for DWM) and its lead-time average is 3.8 weeks (vs. 4-8 week industry average and historical average of ~6 weeks for DWM), producing a partner satisfaction rate of 4.6 out of 5.

DWM Holdings is the umbrella company for a portfolio of light pole manufacturing brands: United Lighting Standards; General Structures, Inc.; Lyte Poles; and UniPost Systems. The business was founded by Douglas William MacVoy in 1971. Since that time, it has grown both with and ahead of the lighting industry — all of which has shaped a company steeped in a rich tradition of developing outstanding partnerships.
