Endeavor Mentor Peter Schmitt is no stranger to scaling a company. In growing Dialog Direct from zero to 1,500 employees, Peter enjoyed many successes and faced several challenges along the way. At Endeavor Detroit’s March Lunch & Learn, he led an engaging conversation with Endeavor Entrepreneurs sharing lessons learned from his experiences with a focus on how to scale a business in any industry: focus on creating a quality a team. Peter reminded the Endeavor Entrepreneurs — all of whom are leaders of their businesses — to take time to enjoy the journey and the accomplishments of the team. It takes everyone to grow a successful company.
