Endeavor Detroit is excited to announce the launch of its 2021 ScaleUp program for selected entrepreneurs in Southeast Michigan. With support from The New Economy Initiative (NEI), Endeavor is offering ScaleUp to exceptional leaders of future high-growth companies in the region to support their next-level growth and scale.
Entrepreneurs participating in ScaleUp will receive direct mentorship from current Endeavor Entrepreneurs, mentors, and other successful business leaders in Endeavor’s national network. As part of the 6-month program, participants will undergo a strategic, growth-focused assessment through EY’s proprietary 7 Drivers of Growth workshop to identify ways to accelerate growth and achieve market leadership; attend a clinic led by renowned Harvard Business School Professor Lynda Applegate; receive 1:1 mentoring from top advisors and entrepreneurs in Endeavor’s network; and complete a mock Endeavor Selection Panel to receive tactical feedback from subject matter experts and seasoned entrepreneurs. While ScaleUp is offered in several other Endeavor affiliate offices around the world, each affiliate designs highly curated content based on the needs of its local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Six entrepreneurs will gather virtually on Thursday, January 28 to kick off the 2021 ScaleUp program. This year’s ScaleUp companies include:
