To build a foundation for sustainable growth, a company must establish a strong sense of purpose and meaning. The Endeavor team partnered with Gyro Creative Group to help its companies build a strategic foundation built on beliefs, values and purpose. Gyro is a strategy and design collective for brands. They engage with executive teams to strengthen their brands through the integration of business strategy, brand storytelling and design. Their collaborative, team-driven workshops help guide companies to define their brands in human terms through universal storytelling principles. The result is brand and business clarity – internally and externally – leading to sustainable and manageable growth.
Over the course of several weeks, Gyro led the founders of DROUGHT through a journey of self-discovery, including customer and founder interviews, social and online media messaging, and category insights to uncover what was authentic, relevant and remarkable about the DROUGT product, people, and approach. Insights culminated in a one-day Branding Workshop that included Endeavor, the Gyro collective of strategy, designers and copywriters, as well as the the company’s founders — the James sisters — and the DROUGHT marketing team.
The stage was set for the day by stressing the importance of establishing a clear purpose as the foundation for cultivating a brand. It is the organization’s purpose that must guide decision-making and inspire messaging and design.
Gyro’s insights and archetypal themes inspired a spirited conversation leading to alignment around a singular brand purpose and meaning. The sisters were challenged with a simple question and provided a quick response.

The James sisters were inspired to start a company so that they could each live out their best life on their own terms. It led the James sisters to craft a process for providing 100% organic, cold-press, raw juices that empower people to take control of their health and well-being.
