Senior Associate, Entrepreneur Selection & Growth

Grace Donovan has joined the team as a Senior Associate with the Entrepreneur Selection & Growth (ESG) team and identifies the fastest growing and most innovative companies in Michigan, matches them with mentors through the selection process and then connects them with Endeavor’s world-class programs and resources. Grace joined Endeavor Detroit from the Endeavor Chile office where she served as a Princeton in Latin America Fellow and spent 5 years supporting high-impact entrepreneurs in mining, smart city, food & beverage, and agriculture. She also oversaw Endeavor Chile’s Investor Network which connects entrepreneurs with qualified investors throughout Latin America.

Grace is a graduate of Columbia University’s Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness in Latin America Program and received her undergraduate degree from Middlebury College in Vermont. Prior to joining Endeavor, she worked for a legal non-profit based in Boston and as a Program Coordinator at Doulos Discovery School in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic.

Originally from northeastern Oregon, you can usually find her geocaching or playing her fiddle.
